Getting Dirty makes us Babies stronger. Thats how my body develops immunity & antibodies for microbes. Do you know body is made up of Trillions of cells but the different microbes living on & in our body outnumber our cells. That means in other words we are a host to Trillions of Microbes.

Babies born in a C Section have a compromised immune function as they do not get exposed to the microbes present in the Mothers Genital tract. Microbes are important for our survival, they have always been. Babies need to be fed Breast Milk for atleast 6 months for a good Immune system and are often advised to Breast feed for atleast a year, going upto 2 years at times, longer the better for the childs ability to fight and resist infections and development of health in total.

Our entire digestive track consists of Huge number of microbes, some are good and some are bad. The good Bacteria in our gut also control our moods & immune function. These Bacteria are so strong that they even survive in our stomach in the stomach acid, H Pylori was found in stomach to be the cause for stomach ulcers, thats why in 1985 after a self experiment by Nobel Prize winner Dr Barry Marshal which probed H Pylori Bacteria as cause for stomach ulcers, Antibiotics were introduced to treat stomach ulcer. If we eat more Carbohydrates then the bad bacteria grows in the intestine and we can develop IBS, Dysbiosis, UTI Infections, Inflammatory Colitis, Candida Growth etc. Thats why eating Low Carb helps in improving good bacteria and overall health.

Point is we babies and you elders we all need to live along side these Micro Organisms, thats how we have evolved & developed resistance, better immunity. Microbes are as essential as the air that we breathe. So once the present situation settles down and when everyone can see logically what makes sense, pls let the kids get dirty. We need it and the future generation needs it. By being extra vigilant about cleaning & washing, we give rise to Superbugs, even bugs develop resistance to frequently introduced Antibiotics and Alcohol based cleansers. Soap & Water are best chances against these Microbes. But even better is focussing on improving Immune Function through eating Right Food.
